Cleanroom

Eldon James operates a 3rd party certified cleanroom. The ISO Class 8 environment guarantees the cleanest and safest products possible. We frequently operate our cleanroom around-the-clock to get products to customers faster.

Green Manufacturing:

Eldon James materials and processes have been purposfully choosen to minimize the pollution caused during their life-cycle. We don’t manufacture any PVC, a material whose production can negatively affect water and air quality. During PVC’s useful life it will leach Phalates (and sometimes BPA and lead), and most damaging of all, it releases high levels of dioxins when disposed. We’ve worked hard to develop a full line of replacement resins that are eco-friendly, cost effective, and high quality.

Eldon James has a history of working with other manufacturers and designers to facilitate speed-to-market. The company shares its expertise and manufacturing experience with organizations that are interested in developing relationships beneficial to both parties. In addition; molding or extrusion, based on a customer's requirements, is often possible when quantity requirements are sufficient to offset tooling costs.
