Size tests were made using Eldon James "single barb fittings". Space behind a
single barb allows for more compression of the tubing than does a multiple barb. With a multiple barb fitting, the clamp sits on top of the barb flanges and a larger clamp may be required - please ask for samples if you are in doubt about the size. |
