Calibration of instruments

9001 Quality System is a standard recognized worldwide.
To
insure accuracy, quality control instruments are
calibrated at the start of
each production day. Regular measurements are taken as parts come from the molding
machines, allowing for machine performance monitoring
during the run cycle
of each job.
Parts
are inspected against criteria specified in EJ's Quality Control Drawings. Visual
and dimensional In-process inspections are performed regularly during the normal
work shift to verify part conformance.
